Most of the experience is self‑service, but a BFLEX attendant will always be nearby to help when needed. Our booths can comfortably fit up to 6 guests at a time. For safety, certain guidelines may be enforced around the booth during operation. BFLEX is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper use of the photobooth or its equipment.

Share Station, QR Access, and Media Delivery

BFLEX Photobooth operates using a secure, offline Share Station. Guests receive their photos through a local QR code connection, allowing them to view and download images instantly without relying on venue Wi‑Fi or external networks. No guest data is uploaded, transmitted, or stored online during the event. Because our system is fully local, you do not need to provide Wi‑Fi at the venue for photo sharing or booth operation. All media delivery methods follow BFLEX Photobooth’s internal systems and the specific package chosen by the client. Final event media delivery depends on the package selected: USB Delivery — A physical USB drive containing all event photos will be provided if included in your package. Digital Delivery (Optional) — If your package includes an online gallery or cloud delivery, BFLEX will upload the final files once internet access is available after the event.
