These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for participating in the Booth for Good community sponsorship program. By submitting an application, you agree to the rules, requirements, and responsibilities that ensure a smooth and fair experience for all Alberta community organizations.
1. Eligibility
By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that:
- The event is located within Edmonton or surrounding Alberta communities.
- The event is organized by a school, church, nonprofit, cultural group, or community organization.
- The applicant is authorized to represent the event or organization.
2. Monthly Selection
- BFLEX Photobooth selects one event per month for sponsorship.
- Selection is based on community impact, event purpose, and availability.
- BFLEX reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet program criteria.
3. What the Sponsorship Includes
The sponsored event will receive:
- A full BFLEX photobooth setup
- On‑site attendant
- Unlimited digital photos
- Custom event overlay
- Delivery within Edmonton and nearby areas
No cash value is provided.
4. What the Sponsorship Does NOT Include
The sponsorship does not cover:
- Venue fees
- Power supply or space requirements
- Travel outside the approved service area
- Add‑ons not listed in the sponsorship package
Additional services may be purchased separately.
5. Event Requirements
The applicant agrees to provide:
- A safe, accessible setup area (minimum 10×10 ft)
- One standard 120V power outlet within 15 ft
- Venue access at least 60 minutes before the event
- Parking and loading access
If these requirements are not met, BFLEX may reduce or cancel service.
6. Cancellation
- If the applicant cancels the event, the sponsorship is forfeited.
- BFLEX may reschedule at its discretion if the cancellation is due to weather, emergencies, or venue issues.
- BFLEX may cancel the sponsorship if unsafe conditions arise.
7. Photo Use & Privacy
- The applicant may use all photos for personal or organizational use.
- BFLEX may use event photos for marketing unless the applicant opts out in writing.
- BFLEX follows Alberta privacy expectations and will not share personal information without consent.
8. Liability
- BFLEX is not responsible for power outages, venue restrictions, or guest behaviour.
- The applicant is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests or event conditions.
- BFLEX’s liability is limited to the value of the sponsored service.
9. Agreement
By submitting the application, the applicant agrees to these Terms & Conditions and confirms all information provided is accurate.
